A Joint Resolution to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary (in July, 1985) of
the enactment of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act; to establish a
committee for such purpose and to provide therefor; to authorize monies over
three fiscal years to cover the expenses of the committee with carry-over
provisions; and to allow the committee to solicit and receive contributions
from individuals, corporations, or other entities.
