A Concurrent Resolution supporting the position of the South Carolina Water
Resources Commission in its desire to urge the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission to impose a condition on any license which might be issued to the
city of Augusta, Georgia, requiring the city to maintain a minimum streamflow
on the Savannah River of two thousand cubic feet per second of water while its
hydroelectric plant is in operation.
