1962, RELATING TO PAROL AND UNRECORDED RESERVATIONS IN PERSONAL PROPERTY BY
VENDORS AND BAILORS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE RECORDING OF SUCH RESERVATIONS
SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE.
