S 0890 General Bill, By J.M. Waddell
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 47-3-65 so as to empower county animal shelter personnel to serve criminal
 processes against violators of laws relating to vicious or unruly dogs or dogs
 allowed to run at large and to allow them to accept from violators bail in
 lieu of taking the violators before a judicial officer.
