 A Concurrent Resolution to congratulate the C. A. Johnson High School Band of
 Columbia on receiving the singular distinction of being selected as the band
 to represent the State of South Carolina at the National Cherry Blossom
 Festival on April 3, 1982, in Washington, D. C., and to commend band director
 C. Bruce Bailey, Jr., for this recognition of his efforts, and to extend best
 wishes as they represent the citizens of this State.
