 A Concurrent Resolution expressing the deepest sorrow of the members of the
 General Assembly at the recent death of Mrs. Elma Bailey Phillips of
 Greenville County, the wife of our dear friend and colleague, Representative
 Lewis Phillips, and extending sympathy to Representative Phillips and to all
 the other members of Mrs. Phillips' family and her many friends.
