 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Sections
 17-15-16 and 24-21-615, so as to provide that any person charged with taking
 the life of a law enforcement officer while the officer is performing his
 duties may not be released on bail and that if convicted of murder of a law
 enforcement officer while the officer is performing his duties he may not be
 paroled.
