 A Concurrent Resolution expressing appreciation of the members of the General
 Assembly to Bobby M. Westbury of Dorchester County for his unselfish aid in
 the search which resulted in the capture of the suspect in the heinous murder
 of Mrs. Margie Westbury of Harleyville and in the rescue of her kidnapped
 grandson, Richard Westbury.
