 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 47-1-200 so as to provide for the offense of transporting an animal under
 inadequate conditions and importing or exporting a dog or cat under eight
 weeks of age without its dam and provide penalties.
