 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 3
 to Chapter 1 of Title 23 so as to establish the South Carolina Public
 Assistance Drug Act so as to provide a means to encourage and solicit public
 assistance to law enforcement agencies in the "The War on Drugs" and to
 designate Sections 23-1-15 through 23-1-220 as Article 1.
