 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 12-37-223 so as to provide that when the State or a political subdivision of
 this State, due to an emergency, relocates the offices of one of its agencies
 or departments into a rented or leased premises, this premises is exempt from
 all ad valorem taxation during the term of occupancy of this agency or
 department not to exceed three years, and to provide the conditions and
 requirements for this exemption.
