 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 34-31-45 so as to provide that any interest earned on insurance proceeds
 deposited by a mortgagee in his account as a result of a covered disaster,
 peril, or risk which caused damage to the insured property of the mortgagor
 must be credited to or otherwise paid to the mortgagor under certain
 conditions.
