 member of the House of Representatives and to wish him the very best in his
 future endeavors.

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO COMMEND OUR GOOD FRIEND AND DISTINGUISHED COLLEAGUE, JOHN C. RAMA OF CHARLESTON COUNTY, FOR HIS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND TO WISH HIM THE VERY BEST IN HIS FUTURE ENDEAVORS.

Whereas, it is with sadness that our colleague, John C. Rama of Charleston County, has decided not to seek re-election from House District 114 in Charleston County; and

Whereas, he has served with great distinction in the House since 1989 and is currently serving as Third Vice-Chairman of the House Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee; and

Whereas, he has served this body ably as the assistant minority leader. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly commend our good friend and distinguished colleague, John C. Rama Charleston County, for his exceptional service as a member of the House of Representatives and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Representative John C. Rama.
