A CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
COMMENDING THE HONORABLE RALPH ANDERSON OF
GREENVILLE COUNTY, OUR GOOD FRIEND AND
DISTINGUISHED COLLEAGUE IN THE GENERAL
ASSEMBLY, FOR HIS EXEMPLARY LEGISLATIVE SERVICE.
Whereas, the Honorable Ralph Anderson of Greenville has
represented the citizens of District Number 23 in the House of
Representatives since 1991; and
Whereas, Representative Anderson has always worked for the
well-being of his district and of the State as a whole; and
Whereas, he has devoted his time, talents, and energy to the people
of South Carolina as a member of the General Assembly and has
been a truly effective lawmaker; and
Whereas, he has chosen not to seek re-election to the House of
Representative in 1996; and
Whereas, we want him to know that we appreciate his friendship,
his contributions to good government, and his dedication. Now,
therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate
concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South
Carolina, by this resolution, commend the Honorable Ralph
Anderson of Greenville County, our good friend and distinguished
colleague in the General Assembly, for his exemplary legislative
service.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to
Representative Anderson.
