 A Bill to amend Section 56-5-6160, Code of Laws of SC, 1976, re the
 inadmissibility of convictions for traffic violations in civil actions so as
 to permit the use of such convictions to impeach witnesses, show an admission
 against interest or to rebut evidence introduced by an adverse party.
