 A Bill to amend Section 17-25-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to punishment for third and fourth convictions of certain crimes, so
 as to increase the punishment for second and third convictions of such crimes,
 to provide for additional crimes, and to require individuals to serve their
 entire sentence without parole.
