AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 401 OF 1978, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE POINT SYSTEM USED
IN SUSPENDING HUNTING AND FISHING PRIVILEGES, SO AS TO IMPOSE POINTS FOR
CONVICTIONS OF VIOLATIONS OF GAME MANAGEMENT AREA REGULATIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Point system
SECTION 1. Subdivision 1, COMMON VIOLATIONS, as contained in Section 1 of Act
401 of 1978, as last amended by Act 23 of 1981, is further amended by adding
after item (j) an appropriately lettered item to read:
"( ) violating Game Management area regulations.........8".
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor. |
