S 1038 General Bill, By T.E. Smith
 A Bill to amend Section 56-1-430, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to appeal from a conviction of an offense which makes the suspension
 or revocation of a driver's license mandatory, so as to provide that an appeal
 taken from such a conviction stay the suspension or revocation for one hundred
 eighty days instead of sixty days.
