To whom was referred a Concurrent Resolution (H. 4032), to request the Department of Transportation to increase the clearance of certain traffic signs that direct traffic onto Interstate Highway 85 in Spartanburg and Greenville PreviouscountiesNext, etc., respectfully

That they have duly and carefully considered the same, and recommend that the same do pass:

A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO INCREASE THE CLEARANCE OF CERTAIN TRAFFIC SIGNS THAT DIRECT TRAFFIC ONTO INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 85 IN SPARTANBURG AND GREENVILLE PreviousCOUNTIESNext TO TWENTY-THREE FEET.

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That traffic signs that cross the following highways and roads and direct traffic onto Interstate Highway 85 be increased to a clearance of twenty-three feet above the highway or road:

1. South Carolina Highway 290 in Spartanburg PreviousCountyNext;

2. South Carolina Highway 9 in Spartanburg PreviousCountyNext;

3. State Secondary Highway 57 in Spartanburg PreviousCountyNext;

4. United States Highway 25 (Whitehorse Road) in Greenville PreviousCountyNext;

5. Pelham Road in Greenville PreviousCountyNext;

6. Mauldin Road in Greenville PreviousCountyNext;

7. South Carolina Highway 101 in Spartanburg PreviousCountyNext;

8. South Carolina Highway 221 in Spartanburg PreviousCountyNext; and

9. South Carolina Highway 14 in both Spartanburg and Greenville Previouscounties.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation.
