RESOLUTION
CONGRATULATING THE HONORABLE JACK BARTLEY
WEBBER OF UNION COUNTY FOR HIS DEDICATED
SERVICE TO THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND
UNION COUNTY AS MAGISTRATE OF THE PINCKNEY
TOWNSHIP AND TO WISH HIM WELL IN HIS FUTURE
ENDEAVORS.
Whereas, it has come to the attention of the members of the
General Assembly that The Honorable Jack Bartley Webber of
Union County has announced his retirement as Magistrate of
Pinckney Township in Union County; and
Whereas, Judge Webber has distinguished himself as a truly
outstanding magistrate, making significant contributions to the
advancement of justice in Union County; and
Whereas, Judge Webber has established a truly outstanding record
for himself, his family, and his community; and
Whereas, Union County and the State of South Carolina are truly
fortunate to have such a superb public servant as Jack Bartley
Webber; and
Whereas, Judge Jack Webber is highly deserving of recognition and
an expression of gratitude for all he has accomplished during his
tenure as Magistrate of the Pinckney Township in Union County,
and we extend to him best wishes for the future. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives
concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly of the State of South
Carolina, by this resolution, congratulate The Honorable Jack
Bartley Webber of Union County for his dedicated service to the
State of South Carolina and Union County as Magistrate of the
Pinckney Township and to wish him well in his future endeavors.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to
The Honorable Jack Bartley Webber.
