Whereas, a man of faith, Billy Wallace was a charter member of Wallace Baptist Church and attended the Fred Harris Sunday School Class at First United Methodist Church in Cheraw; and

Whereas, to recognize Mr. Wallace's long life of service, the Marlboro PreviousCountyNext Administration Building was named in his honor; and

Whereas, preceded in death by his beloved wife, Martha Jean "Mot" Wallace, he leaves to cherish his memory his sons, William P. "Billy" Wallace, Jr., and Sidney E.
