AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES IN DILLON PreviousCOUNTYNext FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1982, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1983.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Auditor is authorized to charge levies

Section 1. The auditor of Dillon PreviousCountyNext is hereby authorized and directed to charge the following levies against all taxable property of the PreviouscountyNext for the fiscal year 1982-83 for the following purposes: operation of schools, ninety-three mills; teacher's sick leave, four mills; provided, that each teacher shall be entitled to two days' personal leave each year; school debt retirement, fifteen mills; unemployment compensation for school personnel, two mills; school lunches three mills, to be used for lunches upon the recommendation of the PreviouscountyNext board of education; operation of the Dillon PreviousCountyNext Vocational School, eight mills; and operation repairs, upkeep of buildings and grounds, one mill.

Board authorized and directed to establish and keep records

Section 2. The PreviouscountyNext board of education, in conjunction with the Superintendent of Education of Dillon PreviousCountyNext, is hereby authorized and directed to establish and keep complete records, subject to yearly audit, of all receipts and disbursements of all funds received from the PreviouscountyNext, state or federal government, or from any other source whatsoever, and to submit a complete report thereon to the Dillon PreviousCounty Legislative Delegation by February first of each year.

Time effective

Section 3. This act shall take effect upon the approval by the Governor.
