A CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION
CONGRATULATING THE GREENVILLE COUNTY MEDICAL
SOCIETY ON THE OCCASION OF ITS ONE HUNDREDTH YEAR,
AND COMMENDING THIS OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION FOR
ITS EXCELLENT WORK AND COUNTLESS CONTRIBUTIONS
DURING THE PAST CENTURY.
Whereas, the Greenville County Medical Society is, in 1991, marking
its one hundredth year of service to the citizens of Greenville County
and the Upstate; and
Whereas, for a century the Society has rendered countless contributions
toward improvement in health and health-care; and
Whereas, we feel that the Society's accomplishments, its service, and its
longevity are greatly deserving of recognition. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:
That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this
resolution, congratulates the Greenville County Medical Society on the
occasion of its one hundredth year and commends this outstanding
organization for its excellent work and countless contributions during
the past century.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Greenville County Medical Society.
