Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Dillon PreviousCountyNext Applied Technology Center Board

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding another provision of law, the Dillon PreviousCountyNext Applied Technology Center Board is dissolved, and all its powers, duties, and responsibilities are devolved upon the PreviousCountyNext Board of Education of Dillon PreviousCounty.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 9th day of June, 1999.

Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 6/16/99.
