Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION    1.    Section 7-7-380 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 41 of 2003, is further amended to read:

The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on the official map on file with the Office of Research and Statistics of the State Budget and Control Board designated as document P-63-05 and as shown on copies provided to the Registration and Elections Commission for Lexington PreviousCounty by the Office of Research and Statistics. The official map may not be changed except by act of the General Assembly."

Time effective

SECTION    2.    This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 2nd day of June, 2005.
