 A Concurrent Resolution to express the admiration of the General Assembly for
 the gallant fight for complete recovery being waged by Jeff Clayton Kempson of
 Lamar, South Carolina, who was injured in a tragic accident during a baseball
 game in April of this year and express to him the wishes of the membership
 that his recovery be as complete and prompt as possible.
