RESOLUTION
CONGRATULATING THOMAS BLAIR HERBERT OF
ANDERSON ON BEING SELECTED TO ATTEND THE
NATIONAL YOUNG LEADERS CONFERENCE IN
WASHINGTON, D.C.
Whereas, Thomas Blair Herbert of Anderson has been selected to
attend the National Young Leaders Conference from February 28
through March 5, 1995, in Washington, D.C.; and
Whereas, Blair is the son of Dr. and Mrs. James O. Herbert, Sr.,
and is a junior at T.L. Hanna High School; and
Whereas, the National Young Leaders Conference is a unique
leadership development program for high school students who have
demonstrated leadership potential and scholastic merit; and
Whereas, Blair Herbert is an excellent and well-rounded student and
an outstanding young man and is most deserving of this high honor.
Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate
concurring:
That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this
resolution, congratulates Thomas Blair Herbert of Anderson on
being selected to attend the National Young Leaders Conference in
Washington, D.C.
Be it further resolved this resolution be presented to Blair Herbert.
