Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeals

SECTION 1. Sections 44-9-130, 44-9-140, 44-9-150, 44-11-50, and 44-11-100, PreviousArticleNext 3, Chapter 15 of Title 44, PreviousArticleNext 5, Chapter 15 of Title 44, Section 44-17-830, and PreviousArticle 7, Chapter 23 of Title 44 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
