THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, RELATING TO ARTICLE
5, STATE TRANSPORT POLICE REGULATIONS, SUBARTICLE 1,
UNMANUFACTURED FOREST PRODUCTS TRUCKING
REGULATIONS, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT
NUMBER 2188, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 1,
CHAPTER 23, TITLE 1 OF THE 1976 CODE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Regulations approved
SECTION 1. The regulations of the Department of Public Safety,
relating to Article 5, State Transport Police regulations, Subarticle 1,
Unmanufactured Forest Products Trucking regulations, designated as
Regulation Document Number 2188, and submitted to the General
Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of
the 1976 Code, are approved.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by
the Governor.
Became law without the signature of the Governor -- 06/11/98.
