A HOUSE RESOLUTION
TO GRANT SPECIAL LEAVE OF THE HOUSE OF
REPRESENTATIVES TO ADMIT JAMES BROWN OF AIKEN,
WORLD-RENOWNED AMERICAN VOCAL ARTIST, TO THE
FLOOR OF THE HOUSE FOR THE PURPOSE OF BEING
RECOGNIZED FOR HIS MANY MUSICAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
AND HONORS.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives:
That in accordance with the provisions of Rule 10.1 of the Rules of the
House of Representatives, James Brown of Aiken, world-renowned
American vocal artist, is granted special leave of the House to be
admitted in the outer doors of the Chamber, in the Hall, and upon the
Floor of the House of Representatives during the 1994 session of the
General Assembly at such time as the Speaker may determine for the
purpose of being recognized for his many musical accomplishments and
honors.
