H 2095 General Bill, By Branton
 A Bill to amend Section 59-113-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to qualifications of applicants for tuition grants, so as to require
 an applicant to comply with Presidential Proclamation Number 4771 of July 2,
 1980, requiring all male citizens and other males residing in the United
 States who were born on or after January 1, 1960, to register with the
 Selective Service System, unless exempted, or with any other Presidential
 Proclamation or provision of law requiring military registration or service;
 and to require the Higher Education Tuition Grant Committee to promulgate an
 appropriate regulation requiring an applicant to indicate such compliance in
 his application for a tuition grant.
