S 1020 General Bill, By M.F. Mullinax and O'Dell
 A Bill to amend Section 38-71-140, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to health insurance coverage for newly born children, so as to
 provide for the Section to apply to a child who has been adopted within
 thirty-one days after his date of birth.
