A SENATE RESOLUTION

TO OFFER THE SINCERE CONGRATULATIONS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA SENATE TO THE REVEREND BRUCE WRIGHT OF ZION FAIR MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH FOR HIS DEDICATION AND DEVOTION TO THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY OF AIKEN COUNTY ON THE OCCASION OF HONORING HIS TWENTIETH YEAR MINISTRY CELEBRATION.

Whereas, a celebration will be held in honor of The Reverend Bruce Wright to commemorate his twenty years of service in the ministry at Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church in Aiken, South Carolina, on Sunday, June 7, 1998, at 2:30 p.m.;

Whereas, Reverend Wright of Aiken County was called to be a disciple of Jesus Christ; and

Whereas, he has heeded that call and undertook to serve through a ministry of preaching; and

Whereas, Reverend Wright has an extraordinary and unique ability to inspire and motivate people and is widely known and revered in the Christian community as a dynamic preacher; and

Whereas, we, along with the congregation of Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church, extend our very best wishes to The Reverend Bruce Wright and his family. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate:

That .the members of the South Carolina Senate do hereby offer their sincere congratulations to The Reverend Bruce Wright of Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church for his dedication and devotion to the Christian community of Aiken County on the occasion of honoring his Twentieth Year Ministry Celebration.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to The Reverend Bruce Wright.
