A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO CONGRATULATE NORMA AND BOB LOVE FOR RECEIVING THE SKIPPY RIZER HOMEMAKER OF THE YEAR AWARD.

Whereas, Norma and Bob Love received the Skippy Rizer Homemaker of the Year Award given by the Oconee Extension Homemakers Clubs for 1992; and

Whereas, Mr. and Mrs. Love were nominated a team because they work as a team; and

Whereas, Norma Love is active in Richland Ladies and Gents Club; she is active in youth work in the church, and serves as co-moderator of Presbyterian Women; she also volunteers at Walhalla Elementary School; and

Whereas, Bob Love is President of Richland Ladies and Gents Club; he is an elder in the Walhalla Presbyterian Church; he also volunteers at the American Red Cross, Walhalla Elementary School, and is a member of Walhalla Rotary Club. Bob is retired from Oconee County Department of Social Services; and

Whereas, Bob and Norma are partners in life devoted to each other and dedicated to serving their community; their efforts, time, and talents make a significant impact on the lives they touch; and

Whereas, the General Assembly is pleased to have the opportunity to recognize and congratulate Norma and Bob Love for this special award. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly by this resolution congratulate Norma and Bob Love of Oconee County for receiving the Skippy Rizer Homemaker of the Year Award.

Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mr. and Mrs. Bob Love, Walhalla, S. C.
