A Concurrent Resolution to authorize the use of the main lobby of the State
House so that the remains of Dr. Ronald E. McNair, who died on January 28,
1986, in the tragic Challenger Space Shuttle accident, may lie in state
between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Friday, May 16, 1986.
