 A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 9 of Article III of the
 Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to sessions of the General
 Assembly, so as to delete obsolete language and provide that the General
 Assembly shall adjourn sine die no later than the second Thursday in June of
 each year, unless extended by two-thirds of the members of each house.
