 A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 9, Title 11, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, relating to general provisions for state finances, by adding
 Section 11-9-120 so as to prohibit the use of state funds to pay the costs for
 any person to attend a conference or meeting sponsored by an organization for
 legislators and legislative employees, to provide exceptions, to prohibit
 legislators from receiving a per diem allowance, and to define costs.
