AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-6-65 SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMISSION TO ESTABLISH ADVISORY COMMITTEES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Advisory committees

SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Title 44 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

"Section 44-6-65. The commission may establish other advisory committees required by federal law. Members of these advisory committees are to be paid the same per diem, mileage, and subsistence provided by law for members of state boards, commissions, and committees."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
