to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws by amending Section 17-25-45, relating to Life sentences for persons convicted of certain crimes and the list of "most serious offenses", so as to delete an obsolete reference to Section 16-3-655(3).
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 17-25-45(C)(1) of the S.C. Code is amended to read:
