S 0117 General Bill, By R.C. Shealy
 A Bill to amend Section 38-37-540, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to the regulation of automobile insurance and uniform
 statistical plans, so as to provide that the Chief Insurance Commissioner,
 with the approval of the Insurance Commission, and as the result of
 competitive bidding, shall make an agreement for the gathering, compilation,
 recordation, or computerization of statistical data.
