H 3039 General Bill, By P. Evatt
 A Bill to amend Section 16-11-700, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to littering and the penalties therefor so as to provide that a
 person convicted of violation of this Section must be sentenced to a total of
 forty-eight hours of litter gathering labor; and to amend Section 16-11-710 of
 the 1976 Code which authorizes the acceptance of a cash bond in lieu of an
 immediate court appearance for litter control violations so as to provide that
 the cash bond posted must be returned to the person committing the offense
 when he appears in court.
