 A Bill to amend Section 12-7-560, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to items not included in gross income and exempt from taxation,
 so as to exempt interest earned up to two hundred dollars on savings accounts
 or certificates of deposit with banks, savings and loan associations and
 credit unions located solely within this State.
