 A Concurrent Resolution expressing the shock and dismay of the General
 Assembly at the disgraceful handling of the State's Medicaid Program by the
 Department of Social Services (DSS) and urging the Board of Social Services to
 take whatever action is necessary to correct this intolerable situation
 immediately and to take steps to remove all persons at DSS responsible for the
 misuse of Medicaid funds.
