 A Concurrent Resolution to affirm the intention of the General Assembly that
 South Carolina shall become a party to the interstate compact for national
 management of low-level radioactive waste; to request the Governor, Lieutenant
 Governor, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to appoint delegates
 to represent the State at a meeting concerning such compact and establish
 other procedures to facilitate the participation of this State in the compact.
