H 3023 General Bill, By Harvin and H.H. Keyserling
 A Bill to amend Section 60-15-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976,
 relating to the terms of office of the members of the South Carolina Arts
 Commission and the appointment of an executive director thereof, so as to
 increase the length of the terms of office of such members to four years and
 to delete a provision which prohibits the reappointment of a member of the
 Commission during a one-year period following the expiration of his term of
 office.
