H 3010 General Bill, By H.H. Keyserling
 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 12
 to Chapter 23 of Title 58, so as to require all private motor carriers who
 transport for compensation to comply with safety requirements of the South
 Carolina Public Service Commission; to amend Sections 58-23-60, 58-23-70, and
 58-23-80, as amended, so as to add the new Article 12 to the Articles exempted
 from the applicability of the regulation of motor vehicle carriers and to add
 the Article to the penalty provisions for motor vehicle carriers violation.
