 A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section
 58-27-235 so as to provide that the rates and service areas of electric
 cooperatives are subject to review, assignment, or approval by the Public
 Service Commission in the same manner and under the same conditions that the
 rates and service areas of electric utilities are subject to review,
 assignment, or approval.
