 A Bill to amend Section 1-23-120, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina,
 1976, relating to General Assembly approval of regulations, so as to reduce
 the time period regulations are in committee and under consideration; and to
 amend Section 1-23-125, as amended, relating to approval, disapproval, and
 modification of regulations by a legislative committee, so as to change the
 procedures upon resubmission of regulations by an agency, and to delete the
 automatic approval provision
