 deepest sympathy of the members of the General Assembly to the family of Petty
 Officer Second Class Jerry Boyd Farr of Johns Island who was one of
 thirty-seven American sailors killed when the USS Stark was hit by missiles
 fired from an Iraqi warplane on Sunday, May 17, 1987.
