S 0044 General Bill, By Saleeby, W.T. Howell and J.A. Martin
 A Bill to amend Sections 56-11-110 and 56-11-140, Code of Laws of South
 Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to the minimum medical, hospital and
 disability insurance and economic loss benefits required by the Automobile
 Reparation Act and to collision and comprehensive coverage, so as to clarify
 the intent of the General Assembly concerning "optional" basic economic loss
 coverage and to clarify the intent concerning minimum deductibles for
 automobile insurance; and to provide minimum comprehensive coverage for glass
 breakage and to make the deductibles apply only to private passenger
 automobiles.
